On Wednesday, Aug. 6, from 12 – 1 p.m. (PT), the Black Staff and Faculty Organization (BSFO) welcomes all Oakland colleagues to join them in Lobby 1 of the Franklin building for a fun West African Dance class featuring Tiye Garrett of Kuumba LLC.

You don’t want to miss this opportunity to learn more about the fitness in West African Dance movements!  Wear comfortable clothing and be ready to get a workout. This energizing, beginner-friendly dance session is rooted in West African tradition. Experience the rhythm and joy of movement in a welcoming space, designed to uplift and connect.
