On Tuesday, Oct. 28, the OP Staff Assembly (OPSA) is hosting the 2025 UCOP Community and Connection Fair at the Broadway Conference Center in Oakland! This fun, Halloween-themed event offers a unique opportunity for UCOP staff to build connections with colleagues throughout UCOP.

The fair will feature tables hosted by UCOP departments, employee resource groups (ERGs), affinity groups and vendors. The trick-or-treat, booth-style festivities will present an opportunity to ask questions, see demos and learn more.

All UCOP departments are invited to share information, fun facts and trivia about their department. ERGs and affinity groups are invited to share information about their groups, publicize upcoming events and enroll new members. Be creative with your Halloween theme!

If your department cannot host a table, OPSA can provide a space for flyers or other information. All levels of participation are welcome and appreciated! Teams based outside of Oakland are encouraged to send materials and ideas for connecting.
