This Tuesday, Jan. 13, Join BSFO in honoring the legacy and birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at the third annual “I Have a Dream” speech recitation and luncheon!
John Brown Childs, Ph.D., professor emeritus of sociology at UC Santa Cruz, will be the special guest speaker at BSFO’s annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Luncheon.
Employees from all locations are invited to attend the virtual speech reading from 11:05 – 11:55 a.m. UCOP leaders and staff will take turns reading the speech aloud together.
From 12:30 – 1 p.m., Oakland employees will enjoy remarks by our guest speaker, John Brown Childs, Ph.D., professor emeritus of sociology at UC Santa Cruz. Let’s lift our voices in community to spread Dr. King’s message of love, justice and unity!
