People Leader Forum: Delegation

The People Leader Forum is a monthly opportunity for people managers to connect with one another to develop leadership skills, build community, share best practices, swap strategies for navigating current challenges and learn to better support themselves and their teams.  The 2026 PLF schedule is up.

  • 1/30: DelegationDelegation is both an art and a science. It requires knowledge of the work and the people doing it, belief in the skills of your team, and clear expectations and success metrics. When delegation is done well, it pays off: more engaged employees, less burnout for managers, and higher trust all around. Come join us as we explore the PACE model for successful delegation!
