In this is a live, virtual, instructor-led session, we will discuss the UCOP policies on Equal Employee Opportunity, Affirmative Action, and Employment Law and UCOP Accommodation and Leaves Services. Topics include an overview of: –

3. Family and Medical Leave (FML)
4. Reasonable Accommodations –
5. Worker’s Compensation

This is part of the Manager Essentials at UCOP (ME@UCOP). It is required for all people new to a management or supervisory positions at UCOP since 2020 (internal promotions and external hires). All experienced managers are welcome to attend.
