Drowning in To-Do Lists: A New Way to Think About Getting Things Done
Thursday, May 28, 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
When we feel overwhelmed by to-do lists, it impacts our capacity to manage tasks and find sustainable balance. In this workshop, led by Sophia Sandhu, licensed psychologist at the UC Davis Academic and Staff Assistance Program, we’ll review scientific research on how stress impacts regulation and functioning, barriers to managing stress and functional ways to manage it. This webinar draws on ideas and inspiration from “How to Keep House While Drowning” by KC Davis, LPC.
