This is a live, virtual, instructor-led session where we will discuss the UCOP budget process and landscape and Bruin Resource Center (BRC). Topics will include:
- Budget process and timeline
- UCOP Integrated Financial Systems (PBS and FIS)
- BRC teams and services
- BRC trainings and resources
This is part of the Manager Essentials at UCOP. It is required for all people new to a management or supervisory positions at UCOP since 2020 (internal promotions and external hires). All experienced managers are welcome to attend.
