Women’s History Month: Navigating ‘All the Things’ with Compassion and Grace

In honor of Women’s History Month, the President’s Advisory Council on the Status of Women (PACSW) presents a special event, The Anatomy of the Invisible Load: Navigating ‘All the Things’ with Compassion and Grace. We’ve all been there; it feels like we are carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders, and we are walking a tightrope that seems to be burning at both ends. This program will focus on defining the invisible load and strategies, support and resources to move gracefully through the ups and downs. This discussion will feature UCOP experts Genie Kim, Ph.D., director of student mental health and wellbeing, UCOP, and Nancy Pluzdrak, Ed.D., executive director of UCOP Hhuman Resources.
