As the University of California navigates an era of geopolitical uncertainty, shifting federal policy, and deepening global inequity, this Congress explores a forward-looking strategy for global engagement rooted in California’s distinctive values and responsibilities through conversations on equitable research partnerships, workforce readiness, “glocal” learning, and the support of international students.
