Gender at Work

The year 2022 is on pace to set a record number of anti-transgender bills passed by states across the country. Work can be stressful enough without the added challenges of navigating gender identity and expression in the workplace. How can we ensure that we are creating a safe and inclusive workplace for transgender and nonbinary employees?
