GROWing Your Check In Conversations for Managers

GROWing your Check-in Conversations for Managers is a required two-hour virtual live workshop that provides managers with an opportunity to practice using the GROW model in STEP check-ins. Instructors will share tips and strategies for providing clear, thoughtful and constructive feedback to employees. Specifically, this training offers best practices on effective feedback and coaching conversations, and provides managers time for sharing and an opportunity to practice having Check-in conversations using the GROW coaching model.
