Information Session: Leadership Development Program
Wednesday, July 23, 2:00 pm – 2:30 pm
Join us for an information session to learn about the Leadership Development Program. This is a 10-month cohort-based learning journey to discover and hone your developmental objectives as a leader. Grounded in our Leadership Framework and the UC Core Competencies, participants will engage in a 360 assessment to determine their focus objectives for the program. Monthly meetings will switch between whole-group experiential learning (Crew Meetings) and small group support (Camp Meetings).
