Inside the Free Speech Movement: Film Viewing/Q&A

October 1st is Free Speech Day in California, established by the legislature in 1985 through the advocacy of UC Berkeley Free Speech Movement participants. To commemorate this important day, staff are invited to a Zoom-based viewing of Part 1 of Inside the Free Speech Movement, a new documentary about the UC Berkeley Free Speech Movement, directed by Linda Rosen, a Free Speech Movement participant, and produced by the Berkeley Historical Society and Museum. A Q&A session will follow the showing of the 56 minute film.
