New phone system training

By popular demand, these training sessions will focus predominantly on set-up and use of the Jabber Softphone, but will touch on Unity Connection voicemail and the desk phone. Sessions will include instructor-led lecture and demonstration, along with Q&A. Staff who attended earlier sessions found the training extremely helpful.
Six one-hour sessions will be offered at the following times on both Feb. 9 and March 2:
8:30–9:30 a.m.
9:45–10:45 a.m.
11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
1–2 p.m.
2:15–3:15 p.m.
3:30–4:30 p.m.
First 30 minutes — Jabber
Next 10 minutes — Unity Connection voicemail
Next 15 minutes — Desk Phone
Final 5 minutes — Self-Care Portal
