People Leader Forum

The People Leaders Forum is a monthly opportunity for people managers to connect with one another to develop leadership skills, build community, share best practices, swap strategies for navigating current challenges and learn to better support themselves and their teams.

6/26: Supporting Employees Navigate Change & Transition Change is constant, but how people experience and adapt to change can vary widely. This People Leader Forum will explore the critical role manager’s play in helping employees navigate change successfully. Together, we’ll explore the Bridges Transition Model and psychological flexibility to identify practical strategies for preparing and supporting employees during times of change. This session is an adapted version of the 2hour Navigating Change & Transition course, designed specifically with a manger lens. While the original class focuses on what employees can do within their control to navigate change, this session emphasizes the unique role managers play in the process.
