The People Leader Forum is a monthly opportunity for people managers to connect with one another to develop leadership skills, build community, share best practices, swap strategies for navigating current challenges and learn to better support themselves and their teams.
June 21: Leadership Development Overview – Catherine Burns, Senior Trainer and Content Developer, will share the newly developed UCOP Learning and Development Leadership Development Strategic Plan. Catherine has lead the charge to develop this plan by researching best organizational practices in and outside UC and gathering input of staff at all levels at UCOP. At this session, she will share the plan that includes learning pillars, objectives, and an implementation plan.
