People Leader Forum – Team Agreements

The People Leaders Forum is a monthly opportunity for people managers to connect with one another to develop leadership skills, build community, share best practices, swap strategies for navigating current challenges and learn to better support themselves and their teams.

Team Agreements are co-created rules of engagement that focus on how teams collaborate, communicate and hold each other accountable. In this session you will learn how to facilitate the Team Agreements activity with your own team to co-create your team’s rules of engagement as you navigate a new way of working. This activity involves every individual in a way that is easy to craft, discuss and maintain team agreements.
