Project Management – Session 3

This is a three-part series, Project Management Level I, led by The Center for Project Management.
This workshop series emphasizes the fundamentals of how to initiate, create and manage a project.
Session 3: Scheduling & Tracking a Project
In this course, students learn how to convert a project plan and estimates into a project schedule, and to track and communicate project status.
- Create a project schedule
- Perform what if analysis to optimize the project schedule
- Understand the role of project management software in managing the schedule
- Conduct effective project progress reviews
- Track the health of the project using “Vital signs”
- Continuously monitor and update risks to the project
Must attend all three sessions:
- Session 1: Wednesday, November 2, 8:30am -12:30pm
- Session 2: Wednesday, November 9, 8:30am -12:30pm
- Session 3: Wednesday, November 16, 8:30am -12:30pm
