Project Management II Series

This workshop series emphasizes traditional project management techniques that are highly relevant to the UC project environment with practical tools, methods and techniques for immediate application in your work environment. Agile project management techniques designed to support highly iterative software development projects is not the focus of this series, and professionals seeking highly iterative agile project management techniques will also find practical value in the content of this series.

This is a three-part series, Project Management Level II, led by The Center for Project Management. Participants must attend all three sessions.

• Session 1: Wednesday, October 18 | 8:30am – 12:30pm
• Session 2: Wednesday, October 25 | 8:30am – 12:30pm
• Session 3: Wednesday, November 1 | 8:30am – 12:30pm

Prerequisite: Completion of Project Management 1, or previous PM experience
