In this optional instructor led training for Employees on the new Staff Talent Evaluation Process (STEP), we will expand on the materials presented in the required ecourses on End of Year.
This will be a less formal setting as we will craft each session to answer your questions and go deeper into areas that participants request.
Please note: You must complete your assigned ecourses on the End of the Year Process prior to the start of this session. Managers: please sign up for the Manager live training which covers material for both employees and managers.
