STEP Training For Managers

In this instructor led training on the new Staff Talent Evaluation Process (STEP), we will expand on the materials presented in the 3 ecourses by going into detail on the first stage of STEP called Define Criteria. You will practice writing goals, review strategies for choosing focus competencies, and discuss personal change management.
