STEP Training Manager

In this required instructor led training for managers on the new Staff Talent Evaluation Process (STEP), we will expand on the materials presented in the 3 ecourses by going into detail on the first stage of STEP called Define Criteria. You will strategies for yourself as an employee and for managing your direct reports through this process. You will practice writing your goals, review strategies for choosing focus competencies, and discuss change management.
