The Psychology of Journaling and Wellbeing

Putting words to the feelings we carry can be powerful. Led by Nicolas Bob, PsyD, a licensed clinical psychologist and staff psychologist at California College of the Arts, this one-hour journaling workshop will explore the science behind journaling, learn four ways to journal and spend time writing together in a low-pressure, judgment-free space. All are welcome — previous journaling experience is not needed.
