The Business Resource Center (BRC) has department credit cards that can pay for registrations, so the registrant is not out of pocket for this expense. So how do you determine where to submit the request for a registration to be paid with a BRC card?

If travel is involved to attend the conference, training, class, course, or workshop, it should be submitted on a Pre-Travel Request and include all other travel expenses that will be incurred during the trip.

If the event is virtual (no travel), it should be submitted on a Pcard Buyer Request.

Please join us for our next “Travel Talk Tuesday” where we will review how to determine what type of request should be selected for registration payments. The session will include a PowerPoint presentation and a live demonstration on how to enter and submit these types of requests in Concur.
