Join the President’s Advisory Committee on the Status of Women (PACSW) for this special event featuring Aimy Steele, North Carolina House of Representatives Candidate, District 82. Aimy Steele is a former teacher and elementary school principal in Concord, North Carolina. She is passionate about public education and working with children. Aimy ran for election to the North Carolina House of Representatives (District 82) in 2020, conducting most of her campaign virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please join us to learn more about this unique experience, along with Aimy’s plans to inform public policy and increase North Carolina voter turnout in the future.
