By popular demand, these training sessions will focus predominantly on set-up and use of the Jabber Softphone, but will touch on Unity Connection voicemail and the desk phone. Sessions will include instructor-led lecture and demonstration, along with Q & A. Staff who attended earlier sessions found the training extremely helpful.
