Last week, UC won its Supreme Court case filed on behalf of the 650,000 Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients currently living in the United States.
On Friday, UC filed its brief with the U.S. Supreme Court to challenge the Trump administration’s decision to rescind the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. The university is preparing for the court to review its case in November.
