Jerry Frank: new director of Executive Compensation Programs
Jerry Frank has joined the Compensation Programs & Strategy unit of Human Resources as director of Executive Compensation Programs. He will report to Dennis Larsen, executive director, Compensation Programs & Strategy.
We welcome him back from a hiatus; Frank worked at Lawrence Berkeley and Lawrence Livermore National Labs for seven years.
Frank has extensive experience with compensation in large, complex organizations, such as ARCO, Air Touch Communications and most recently at Cisco Systems, where he worked on merger and acquisition assignments. He spent 17 years at ARCO, was a principle consultant and total rewards practice leader at Watson Wyatt World Wide, and had tenures at Times Mirror, Clorox, Robert Half International and AAA Northern California. Frank also served as an instructor at Loyola Marymount University, Holy Names University, CSU Northridge and the University of San Francisco.
