Single sign-on coming to ServiceNow
In order to make it even easier to use, UCOP’s IT ticketing system, Service Hub/ServiceNow, is being upgraded to a single sign-on (SSO) log-in. This means you’ll be able to access ServiceHub/ServiceNow using your usual UCOP user ID and password. This change takes effect on Friday, July 21.
The first time you log in to ServiceNow after the change, you will see the following two screens in this order:
If you check “Remember my choice” on the first screen, you will see only the second screen on subsequent log-ins.
NOTE: There will be no user interface and/or user experience changes for self-serve and ITIL users.
Quick reference and user guides will be updated shortly to reflect the new SSO log-in process.
