Fight the flu: Get your vaccine Oct. 3 at UCOP

Keep yourself healthy this winter by getting a flu vaccination. Nursing staff from UC Berkeley’s University Health Services at Tang Center will visit both the Franklin and Kaiser buildings Wednesday, Oct. 3, to administer seasonal flu vaccines, including H1N1, on a first-come, first-served basis for $25, as follows:
- 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in 5320 Franklin
- 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. in 712 Kaiser
The clinic is open to all Oakland- and Berkeley-based UCOP staff, including contractors, friends and family over the age of 16. Information on the vaccine can be found on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website.
Please complete the consent form in advance and have it ready when you arrive at the clinic. Be sure to wear loose clothing that day.
Payment is accepted by check only, made payable to University Health Services. A receipt will be provided for reimbursement by most health insurers.
