Questions about Open Enrollment? Benefits Fair Nov. 2 can help

Prepare yourself for Open Enrollment 2013, which begins Monday, Oct. 29, at 8 a.m. and concludes Tuesday, Nov. 20, at 5 p.m.
You can find out more on Friday, Nov. 2, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the UCOP Benefits Fair, which will be held this year in the large conference room at the California State University East Bay Oakland Center, 1000 Broadway, across 11th St. from UCOP’s Franklin building.
Representatives from all UC-sponsored health plans and the UCOP Benefits Office will be on hand to answer your questions about UC’s health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts and the legal plan.
Brown bags will also be held in November for staff to get more information about their options for Open Enrollment 2013. All sessions will be held from 12 to 1 p.m., as follows:
- Tuesday, Nov. 6, 712 Kaiser
- Thursday, Nov. 8, 512 Kaiser
- Tuesday, Nov. 13: 5320 Franklin
- Thursday, Nov. 15: 5320 Franklin
At the brown bags, representatives from the UCOP Benefits Office will present a brief overview of the available health and welfare benefits and answer your questions.
