UCOP offers Open Enrollment town halls Monday, Oct. 7

Some big changes and new choices in medical plans are coming in 2014. Plan to attend one of UCOP’s two town halls on Monday, Oct. 7, to learn more about the revamped menu of medical plans for 2014 that provides better value and clearer choices.
The town halls will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. and from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in Franklin Lobby 1 Conference Room. HR benefits representatives will be on hand to explain the changes and answer your questions.
You can also get more information on the 2014 Health Benefits Open Enrollment website, which will be updated regularly.
Open Enrollment, which runs from Oct. 28 to Nov. 26, will be your opportunity to take a fresh look at your medical benefits to find the plan that’s right for you.
Howdy! The article above states that the afternoon session runs from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. but the event calendar (and the Outlook calendar entry that one can download) states the time is 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. For those of us who have to transit to/from the Kaiser building, it’d be great to know time slot is accurate. Will the premium rates be available at this meeting? Are they published anywhere yet?
Thank you Charles: The afternoon session is scheduled from 2 to 3:30 pm and is now corrected on the online calendar.
The medical plan rates will be available on the Open Enrollment website by the end of this week.
Is it possible to schedule additional info session(s) in the OSF and/or Kaiser buildings?
