Performance appraisals due this week
All employee appraisals are due Thursday, September 30.These appraisals cover the fiscal year from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.
If you haven’t already done so, meet with your supervisor or manager to go over your review. The goal of the review is for you to know where your performance stands and receive guidance on opportunities to improve your performance. You should also identify and discuss your personal development goals.
