In this introductory class for UCSF, UCOP and UCB employees, learn a simple framework for organizing and managing project work. Through interactive lectures, hands-on exercises and simulations, you’ll gain the knowledge to improve your project management skills.

Log in to the UC Learning Center at http://www.ucop.edu/ucoplearningcenter/ with your UCOP user name and password. Search for the title; click Register to make your selection, and then click Submit.
