Developing Employees through Delegation, class offered May 26

With the 2011 performance appraisal cycle fast approaching, be sure to check out the Performance Management Series class, Developing Employees through Delegation, to be held Thursday, May 26, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in Franklin 11326.
The class, designed for managers and supervisors, provides a structured approach to development through delegation and building the communication skills needed to transfer work and build a commitment.
To register, log in to the UC Learning Center with your UCOP user name and password. Search by the class title and click REGISTER. Click on the check box to make your selection; then click SUBMIT to enroll.
