HR offers classes on business writing and team dynamics

Two classes, taught this month at UCOP’s Franklin Building through HR Learning and Development, focus on developing specific skills in business writing and team dynamics.
Get to the Point: Effective Business Writing takes place Tuesday, Sept. 20, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in 12322 Franklin. It offers practical tips and tools that you can incorporate into your work immediately to help you get your point across quickly, clearly, concisely and powerfully.
Guide to Team Dynamics will be held Tuesday, Sept. 27, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in 5320 Franklin. Taught by UCOP Learning and Development consultant Elaine Schilling, the class provides innovative and proven strategies for success in group dynamics.
To enroll, go to the UC Learning Center and log in with your UCOP user name and password. Using the Search box on the left, type the name of the class you are interested in. That will bring up Results of Search; click on the UCOP class. Click Register next to the class title, then Submit.
