Now available . . . specialty publications from UCOP

Three UCOP departments and programs now publishing specialized news updates have current issues available, including The Senate Source from the UC Academic Senate, the Connexxus Travel Newsletter and the BRC Event Services Group e-newsletter.
The Senate Source
The November 2011 issue offers an interview with Vice Provost Susan Carlson, studies on graduate student competitiveness and pay equity for women faculty and notes from Academic Senate Chair Robert Anderson.
The Senate Source is an online publication for UC faculty published by the UC Systemwide Senate. Previous issues are available online.

Connexxus Travel Program newsletter
The current issue of the Connexxus Travel Newsletter is now posted online in the Connexxus Portal under Resources.
A quarterly publication for faculty and staff, the Connexxus newsletter includes updates on the UC/CSU systemwide travel program and offers travel news and information about important events. It also provides details about Connexxus providers and suppliers and what they offer.

BRC Events Services Group enewsletter
The current edition of the BRC Event Services Group enewsletter is now available.
It includes data on 2012 meeting industry trends, recently supported event updates and supplier information. The next issue will include FAQs related to event policies and documentation requirements along with other updates.
