Class in Setting Performance Expectations, April 18
Build your skills in setting goals for your staff with Setting Performance Expectations, Wednesday, April 18, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in 12322 Franklin.
The class, designed for UCOP managers and supervisors, is the first in a series of four classes on performance management. In it, you will learn how to set performance expectations for your employees, an important component of the performance appraisal process that gives you specific criteria for evaluating performance at the end of the year.
Other classes in the series include Coaching for Improved Performance (May 10), Conducting Performance Appraisals (May 31) and Developing Employees through Delegation (June 28).
To enroll, go to the UC Learning Center and log in with your UCOP user name and password. Search for the class title and click REGISTER next to the class, then SUBMIT.
