Special guest speaker Shelley Sweet is a consultant who has worked with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions and government organizations.
Sweet will speak about business process improvement and her book, The BPI Blueprint: A Step-by-Step Guide to Make Your Business Process Improvement Projects Simple, Structured and Successful.

The Project Management Interest Group (PMIG) is a staff-initiated affinity group of project managers that explores best practices and new ideas and methods for managing workflow and projects in their jobs at UCOP.
