Succession planning: Join a focus group as part of UCOP’s Efficiency Review

If you’re interested in contributing to President Napolitano’s Efficiency Review and helping to plan for the development of UCOP’s staff, please consider joining a focus group on succession planning.
The focus group will meet twice, Wednesday, June 18, and Friday, June 27, in 5320 Franklin.
You’ll work with colleagues to come up with plans to help OP develop our staff for the current and future needs of the UCOP workforce. The group will review ideas submitted as part of the efficiency review, as well as any additional ideas from the group, and create an actionable list of recommendations for consideration.
Organizers are looking for a diverse group of participants from different employee classifications, areas of work and years of service. If you are interested in helping to prepare our workforce for the future, please join. Participation is limited to 15.
