Last training sessions on new phone system to be held on March 2
Still have a few questions about the new phone system? Missed the earlier training on it? You may want to attend one of the final staff training sessions on the new system.
Six one-hour sessions will be held on Wednesday, March 2. All sessions will take place in the Franklin Lobby 1 conference room. No registration is necessary.
By popular demand, the sessions will focus predominantly on set-up and use of the Jabber Softphone, but will touch on Unity Connection voicemail and the desk phone. Sessions will include instructor-led lecture and demonstration, along with Q & A. Staff who attended earlier sessions found the training extremely helpful.
Training sessions will be offered at the following times:
- 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
- 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.
- 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- 1 to 2 p.m.
- 2:15 to 3:15 p.m.
- 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.

First 30 minutes – Jabber
Next 10 minutes – Unity Connection voicemail
Next 15 minutes – Desk Phone
Final 5 minutes – Self-Care Portal
