The best part about working for OP: High XII, BART access, downtown architecture contrasts of old and new, interesting intranet, and the feeling that I’m supporting world-class research intended to maximize people over profits.
Something you don’t know about me: I’m an apiarist.
One weird fact about the town I grew up in: Walnut Creek. Not necessarily weird but an interesting progression from walnut orchards, giving way to subdivisions, then the proliferation of banks and realtors, finally with the emergence of a bustling downtown shopping district.
If I could have any job in the world (besides the one I have now), I would be: I’ve decided the only professions that survive time, economies and politics are teaching and healing, so one (or both) of those.
