Office of the General Counsel’s Annual Thanksgiving Charity Fundraiser Bake Sale and Silent Auction
It’s back! For the 33rd year, the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) will be holding its popular annual Thanksgiving Bake Sale and Silent Auction Charity Fundraiser — with a few changes.
Unlike in past years, there will be no preordering of baked goods like pies and rolls. Instead there will be a one-day sale of delicious baked treats such as pies/tarts, cookies and cake slices.
As always, there will be a silent auction giving you the chance to bid on lunches with OP leadership, a special party opportunity and a number of quality gifts. This year there will also be a “white elephant” sale of gently used treasures that can be enjoyed by new owners.
All proceeds from these events benefit local Bay Area charities. This year we are donating to Oakland Elizabeth House, a transitional housing project that helps people get on their feet after surviving addiction, violence, and/or homelessness.
