Update: Gratitude Grams extended to Dec. 7; Poinsettia Sale a big success!

The OP Staff Assembly (OPSA) steering committee has some cheery updates to share:
Gratitude Grams
The Gratitude Grams have been so popular that the deadline for submitting them has been extended to this Friday, Dec. 7.
Don’t miss the opportunity to tell your co-workers how much you appreciate them! Drop all your Grams into the box in the Franklin lobby by 5 p.m. on Dec. 7. Our UCOP elves will deliver them the week of Dec. 10.
Poinsettia Sale
OPSA’s first poinsettia sale fundraiser was a huge success! They sold 135 of the 4″ plants and 100 of the 8″ plants. That’s why you’re seeing so many poinsettias around the office, adding a festive flair to our workplace.
Thanks to your generosity, this fundraiser generated a $1,500 profit, all of which is going back to UCOP staff. Professional development scholarships will be awarded for conferences, classes, books or other opportunities that will help our staff members grow professionally.
