Mark your calendar for a potluck celebration of the 2019 Lunar New Year — the year of the pig — hosted by the Asian Pacific Islander Staff Association (APISA). All are welcome, and encouraged but not required to bring a dish to share.

Diana Zheng, author of a cookbook designed to bring Teoswa flavors into American kitchens, will join us to share what she’s learned about the food of Swatow and the Teochew Diaspora.
