Protect yourself from targeted violence

On Wednesday, March 27, UCOP’s Building and Administrative Service Center will host a special presentation by UC Police Officer Wade MacAdam on how to protect yourself from targeted violence.
- Get recommendations on shielding yourself from theft, robbery and other threats
- Find out how the UC Police Department’s SWAT team responds to situations in which there is an attacker
- Learn measures you can take to protect yourself from attackers in crowded environments, such as at movie theaters or concerts
Prior to the presentation, participants are encouraged to watch “Shots Fired,” a video presentation by UCPD. You can also access an online kit of tools to survive targeted violence.
