Self-service password reset is coming soon

If you’ve ever had to contact the IT Service Desk to reset your network password, there’s good news for you around the corner!

IT Client Services Desktop Engineering has developed a self-service password reset portal. Similar to other password-recovery tools online, you’ll be able to reset your own network password by simply answering a security question.

This service is being piloted from mid-September through mid-October and is expected to be available to all staff shortly thereafter.
