Password reset self-service coming this month
As previously noted, IT Client Services Desktop Engineering has developed a Self-Service Password Reset portal which will allow you to reset your network password without having to contact the IT Service Desk. Similar to other password reset tools you use for online services, you will be able to reset your password by answering a security question.
IT Client Services will begin deploying this new service to users beginning November 18, 2019.
As users are given access to the new service, they will receive an email informing them of their access, along with instructions in the use of Password Reset Self-Service.
