As associate director of admissions operations at UCOP, Laura Chavez Hardy manages the admissions application and systemwide processes and programs — including the Analytical Writing Placement Exam, eligibility in the local context, and the UC Application Center (central call center). Prior to UC, Laura worked in admissions at the University of Chicago for several years.
