Attend the third UC Wildfire Symposium

UC Research and Innovation (R&I) has organized the third event in its virtual UC Wildfire Symposia series: Wildfire Impacts on Society, taking place on Sept. 22, from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. (PT).
Theresa A. Maldonado, vice president, UC R&I, will be joined by UC researchers and scientists, as well as government officials from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and California-based entities.
Panels will include:
- Forest Management Strategies: Culture, Science and Policy
- The Economics and Risk of Wildfire
- Disproportionate Impacts of Wildfire
